For guests, Artus gives a conference room, where in the 30s of the twentieth century there was a bank vault. Currently restored, preserving the historic style is modern and fully equipped including in: flipchart, screen, overhead projector, sound system and full Internet access. Conference participants may use a separate catering facilities and sanitary facilities.

Price includes rental of the Hall, together with equipment and access to catering facilities and sanitation. The cost is 150 zł netto gross per hour with additional coffee break, lunch, etc..
